Have you ever felt frustrated in a game because the other players seem to be playing by a different set of rules than you, and you can't win? I have felt this way playing games, but I have also felt like this in my life.

There are moments when we look at others' lives and think they must be doing something different than us because they seem to be succeeding in life, and we aren't sure we are. Moments we find ourselves thinking, could someone please tell me what I must do to win -- to be the best mom, friend, partner, co-worker, etc.?
